I have heard much about people moving to Portugal and now I have a firsthand account of what life is like there. Thank you.

Is this where the pickleball craze started or is it just a global phenomenon?

Pickleball actually began on Bainbridge Island in Washington State, near my home in Seattle. Though very popular all over the US, I had no idea it had gained an international following until I came to Portugal. A dedicated group here petitioned the mayor to get set to a facility. I think there are 10 Pickleball clubs in Portugal now.
